In Japan, there is a Kofun era tomb that looks like a Martian mound from above, which alien hunters have spotted on Google Maps and Google Earth's Mars feature. Consequently, they believe this is a sign that the Martians settled on Earth hundreds of years ago after a terrible event on the Red Planet. They do look very similar. Could this be mere coincidence?
