This is a picture from the HiRISE camera on board the MRO spacecraft. The bear's eyes are two impact craters, the circle of its head is formed by a geological fault that runs along the rim of the buried crater. The nature of its nose and mouth is not quite clear. Geologists believe it could be a channel carved by lava or mud flow. You can see it in detail here.
